The Browns continue their rebuilding efforts by taking QB Brandon Weeden from Oklahoma State with their first pick in the draft. Obviously not sold on the idea of Colt McCoy being the answer at QB, they took a gamble on a 29 year old rookie who had a spectacular college career after foregoing his baseball dreams. Whoever is at QB this year would be wise to hand the ball to RB Mark Ingram frequently. Ingram is the type of back Cleveland needs and with some help up front can become the focal point of the offense. Defensive Coordinator Dick Juaron needs depth at all positions on a defense that will rely heavily of DB Joe Haden to defend the opposing teams top WR. In short, Head Coach Pat Shurmur is in for a tough year and with ownership changes rumored, he could have a very short tenure in Cleveland.
