New Head Coach, Joe Philbin begins his head coaching career at Sun Life Stadium in 2012. Philbin built a powerful and consistent offense in Green Bay and he looks to do the same in Miami. First round draft choice Ryan Tannehill from Texas A&M, will be counted on to learn quickly. The faster he picks up the offense, the more playing time he will receive in is rookie debut. The Dolphins hope Tannehill’s lack of experience is offset by his athleticism and work ethic. Reggie Bush provides support both running the ball and catching the ball out of the backfield. The Fins need to establish a running game to protect Tannehill and keep him in manageable situations. Jake Long remains the key to the offense line. On defense, there are no big names, but a stable full of capable athletes at key positions. Look for Jason Trusnik to have a huge year at LB.
