Head Coach Leslie Frazier is hoping star RB Adrian Peterson returns to form or his offense is in for a long year. Peterson’s tremendous work effort provides him and the Vikings an opportunity to compete in the tough NFL Central this year. Peterson will need to carry the load as QB Christian Ponder still needs to grow and develop confidence in his ability to throw down field. Ponder must show significant improvement to give the Vikings a realistic chance to make the playoffs. On defense, the line and especially the DE’s are the key.
