Head Coach Dennis Allen enters the 2012 season cautiously optimistic. The offense will be lead by former Pro-Bowl QB Carson Palmer, who seemed a little rusty and even a bit loss in his first season with the Black and Silver. Palmer must improve his play and regain his form for the offense to be productive in the upcoming season. RB Darrell McFadden, when healthy, can be a force on the ground. The running game will largely depend on his health as there is not much depth at the RB position. Palmer will have once highly regarded Darrius Heyward-Bey as a prime target, but GM Reggie McKenzie expects fifth round draft choice Juron Criter and undrafted Rod Streater to compete for playing time and raves about the big play potential they both possess. The strongest component of this team remains the kicking game with PK Sebastian Janikowski and P Shane Lechter are both among the league’s best.
